2007-2008 Oil Price Protection Plans – Available While Supplies Last

Thank you for your business. We are pleased to announce our new Budget/Prepaid Price Protection Plan for
2007-2008 is now available. For a limited time you are able to purchase the following plan:

9-Month Oil Cap Budget Plan (our best price plan)

Price will not exceed $2.599 per gallon for the duration of the contract.
Nine monthly payments beginning May 2007, with the last payment due January 15, 2008.
One time cap fee of twenty cents per gallon for downward protection (not to exceed $195.00) is due with first budget payment.
All nine payments can be made in one installment; receive a two cent discount when paying in full by cash or check.

12-Month Oil Cap Budget Plan

Price will not exceed $2.649 per gallon for the duration of the contract.
Twelve monthly payments beginning May 2007, with last payment due April 15, 2008.
One time cap fee of twenty cents per gallon for downward protection (not to exceed $195.00) is due with first budget payment.

The above Budget Cap Plans offer full downward protection. Your oil deliveries will be priced at the 10-day cash discounted price or your budget cap price, whichever is lower at the time of delivery.

Budget payments are due by the 15th of each month. Price is valid as long as payments are up to date. Contract is subject to cancellation if payments are 30 days past due. A minimum purchase of 500 gallons is required. Senior citizens (65 & older) may deduct two cents per gallon. Customers with outside tanks need to use KEROSENE – please add twenty cents per gallon. Automatic delivery will be cancelled upon customer request, not when gallons run out. Burner work, tank protection, and gasoline charges will automatically be deducted from your credit balance until payment is made to restore credit. Price protection ends on April 30, 2008, or when your contracted gallons are used up, whichever comes first. After April 30, 2008, price reverts to the current market price.
